1. Payment verification
Every PGK payment and every USDT transfer is verified before release. We check bank confirmation, mobile money confirmation or the blockchain transaction. No release happens on screenshots alone.

Please read before submitting a request. These rules protect you and us.
2. Genuine receipts only
Only real, unedited receipts and screenshots are accepted. Edited, fake or reused receipts result in immediate rejection and a permanent ban. We may report fraud to authorities.
3. Wallet & network checking
You are responsible for entering the correct wallet address and network (TRC20 or BEP20). USDT sent to a wrong address or network cannot be recovered. Always copy-paste and double-check.
4. Rates and timing
The rate shown at submission is locked for that request as long as payment is received within 2 hours. Late payments may be re-quoted at the current rate.
5. Account details must match
Payments must come from an account in your own name. Third-party payments may be refunded minus bank fees.
6. Limits
Each request must be within the published minimum and maximum. Larger amounts can be arranged via WhatsApp.
Scam warnings
- We NEVER ask you to invest, stake or “double” your USDT. We are an exchange only.

- Never share your wallet seed phrase or private key with anyone — including us.
- Always confirm our bank account details on this website before paying. We do not change accounts by chat message.
- If someone claims to be our agent and asks for payment to a personal account, it is a scam.
